The instant pain relief cream contains 20% benzocaine to offer clinical strength pain relief and is proven to prevent infections and provides cooling relief for gum irritation. The cream is now easily accessible with the ready-open tube tip. This oral analgesic is intended for adults and children 2 years of age and over and can be applied to the affected area up to 4 times daily. Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and over can apply the product to the affected area up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children between 2 and 12 years of age should ask a doctor before use and be supervised in the use of this product. Children under 2 years of age should not use this product.

Warnings: Methemoglobinemia warning: This product may cause methemoglobinemia, a serious condition that must be treated promptly because it reduces the amount of oxygen carried in the blood. This can occur even if you have used this product before. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you or a child in your care develops: pale, gray, or blue-colored skin (cyanosis), headache, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness, or fatigue or lack of energy.

Allergy alert: Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine or other "caine" anesthetics. Do not use more than directed, and stop use and ask a doctor if the symptoms do not improve in 7 days. This product is not intended for teething in children under 2 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
